The story takes place in a world where the "spirit magicians" who have made a contract with the spirits are considered the supreme elite. One year, in the spring, a boy was admitted to the "Training School for Spirit Magicians". His name is Faye Bonnet. He is the eldest son of the Bonnet family, the most famous in the country, a child prodigy who was once called the "Fearsome Wizard". Six years ago, Faye was supposedly murdered by his father, but he hid his past from him and entered the school as a "sorcerer" who they despise as trash. He hides in his heart the darkness of the Bonnet family, who tried to kill him, and the mystery of the legendary "Five Imperial Beasts".
